Under the Electricity at Work Regulation 1989, the HSE require precautions to be taken against risk of death or personal injury from electricity in the work place. This means you are legally required to hold relevant qualifications (such as our HEV vehicle testing Qualification) to work on hybrid electric vehicles. Failure to do so can induce unlimited fines issued by the HSE and/or local authorities.
